The challenge: Creating an online halal food guide that appeals to a younger generation of Muslim foodies looking for exceptional food experiences. 

Halal Gems is an online portal dedicated to halal dining. What makes it different to others is the target audience: Muslim millennials.  

We had the understanding that a large segment of this target audience not only appreciate halal food, but consider themselves to be foodies, and have high expectations when it comes to digital experiences and design.

Keeping this in mind, we refined the brand to speak to this audience with an identity that is sophisticated, inclusive, and passionate about food.
